Rich, Same story with me. The ArchivalCD shares received equal the number anticipated from the plaintiff shares I hold. Will verify that broker received remainder of ArchivalCD shares expected. Stan

Rich - FWIW, After receiving a stk cert last weekend covering the pvt place/plaintiff shares, I thot it best to call Oxford (TA) yesterday concerning the remaining shares of Archival due me. TA had already sent 2 million "Archie" shares to the Fidelity DTC for allocation to Fid accts. But no more action would take place until the individual CVIA shareholder makes a specific request to his/her broker to move those shares from the DTC to the street acct. Now I can expect to see those remaining shares in my acct NLT this Thurs. But until I made that call, I never would have been "Cleared for takeoff." FWIW. cheers. red baron
