Tell me Ron, are you our newly annointed "hall monitor"?... Baba, Given that even an old gold stalwart like Ole 49r can't seem to get her questions answered by Bill, I can't see why he should be given a "hall pass". If she's suspicious of GATA, I think I'm fairly safe in offering a little skepticism of my own. He's openly soliciting money for his activities both via his website and through an open forum like SI. He is unwilling to disclose his compensation.. etc here on that same public forum (or direct us to where that information can be obtained). And Baba, I don't have to be short gold to think this way. There are plenty of other positions to be long in at the moment that are far more rewarding. BTW, no where in my comment did I hint, discuss, or state, that I was planning on turning Bill in. That would be for someone else to do. I personally don't care since I'm not sending him any money. But those others who may have a problem with how Bill is refusing to answer basic administrative questions about GATA, while at the same time issuing press releases and comparing himself to Shaka Zulu.... Well, suffice it to say that maybe some questions need to be raised. I'm certainly not the one asking for donations from SI members and others, nor am I taking a salary for my writings that I choose to post here on SI. The problem Baba, is that Bill has used SI almost exclusively as a means of advertising his website and asking for donations to GATA, not for the purpose of discussing gold this, or gold that. Wasn't a discussion of gold the original purpose of his starting this thread? I would venture to say yes. Regards, Ron
