SB,

I sold off most of my EMC a day or so ago, but not because of the Intel deal. I expect to simply position trade EMC for a while.

I apologize if I misled. The "creeps me out" part applies more to Intel than EMC. I hate to see manufacturers move into "services" that don't directly pull manufactured product through.
