Absolutely, it's a concern (though the last info I had was that the FLOAT is about 100-million, with a total of about 200 million "oustanding"). That's one of the reasons I stressed the "risk" factor. On the other hand, the company is fully-reporting and has virtually no debt. It's also got a finished film-i-the-can and other projects lined-up, and has a few folks on-board with good experience in the film-industry. So one has to weigh lots of factors. And I'm not trying to "pitch" it as an investment everyone should jump into -- just mentioning it as something folks may want to look at, if they're interested in a ground-floor entertainment company that has some good news right now, and MAY have good prospects down-the-road. But frankly, I'm kinda sorry now that I even brought it up. I thought I'd included enough "qualifiers" in my original post to make things clear, but I guess I didn't go far enough. I hope this one does it... FYI: I have to go to work in about three hours, so will be logging off now to get some sleep. If you want to post any further responses (or PMs) to me, I'll check for them tomorrow afternoon. The only reason I logged back-on NOW, in fact, was to post my previous "correction"... Sorry, Wayne -- last post tonight... In your earlier post, I thought your reference to "M220" at the bottom meant you thought the NSKY float was 220 Million -- that's why I phrased my parenthetical response the way I did. But I see now that it apparently refers to something else, since it also appears on all your OTHER posts. I just haven't gone back far-enough in the thread yet to figure out what it means. Sorry for my confusion -- and goodnight... Vagabond
