Yes, I can see wanting to wait until RDRAM is really selling etc. Your position is quit logical. Even if it is as advertised & you miss a run up, so what. If Rambus is a commercial success you can always get in later. My only point is that 4 years development for a radically new tech. that largely corrects a lagging memory problem which has been around since the mid-1970's from a small startup is really not a long time. Also, having waiting this long with production now in progress and just months away from a roll-out, it would be a shame to loss faith. However, your position is also correct & a wait and see approach is prudent, no doubt about that.
