John P: I've been lurking for a while, and learning from - and enjoying - your posts for some time now. To invest intelligently (and to share your information with others!) while maintaining a healthy sense of humor, to puncture the balloons of the pompous and allow them to drift - while not taking yourself too seriously - now that's a rare accomplishment in the arena of what goes for savvy discussion on these often inane message boards. As an investor who stumbled upon Aspect, who has had the dumb luck to do very well with it over the past 5 months (as a long, believe it or not; if I had made money by shorting it in the twenties or teens I would give myself credit today for having been astute - but at least I haven't earned the wrath of the faithful!), and smart enough (I hope!) to accumulate it over the last 30 days, I begin my day looking forward to reading your invariably literate, often incisive, always intelligent, and at times very wry and witty comments.
