I have been buying. disclosed only because I am urging everyone to vote against management, (Jack, and Jill or Jen, Steve, Pat, and Ellen and everyone else). Appreciate the private messages of support and intent to vote NO. Was surprised at the fear factor! Some are afraid the company will retaliate by refusing to provide any real information when you call them. Gosh, if you really feel this way that is really another reason to vote against management. Retaliation for a no vote is probably illegal. I would also ask what is it you think XOMA really can say when you ask them something? Or, would you be better off today, if you had not called XOMA yesterday. Just think, you do not need to tie yourself to a mast and stuff wax in your ears to avoid the sirens call, all you need to do is not call either of them.<g> Proxys will be received shortly.
