The problem is that the PAST road usage for ALpha has been MINIMAL. Further, what PC manufacturer wants to use an ALpha and help out Compaq - their arch-competitor. You don't need an IQ far above 100 to figure out the answer to that question. He was sleeping in a card board box - an old Compaq Presario MediaGX box to be exact. He had an interview scheduled at NSM that morning - they were looking for a CPU Lead Designer for their PCOAC - no experience necessary. Fuchi thought he might qualify for the position. Paul
