Also GWX-TSE - they are doing a 1:10 rollback at the AGM in a few weeks - to approx 13 million shares fully diluted and this seems to be already factored into the price - so that post roll back we should have a stock around the $1.80/$2.00 range with current cash flow around 70 cents/share - post rollback too. Some of recent weakness can be attributed to financial condition of the parent Abraxas. dd

Richard, thanks for letting me know about the data base maintained at Robb Moss' website. Upon careful review of some of the historical data that is published at the site, it appears that many of the key parameters in valuing an oil and gas company have been calculated. However, it is a little pricy and I will continue to do my own due diligence for now.

Speaking of Key West I believe these guys are ex Jordan Petroleum ??? I'm surprised they haven't made on acquisition yet as their window to make a good (cheap) purchase is slipping by as commodity prices keep going up !!! As both oil and natural gas prices keep escalating the successful companies will be those that can grow through the drill bit rather than those that rely on growth through acquisition.

Thanks for your info.

Mike
