I agree with your sentiments. I think too much is made of the "turnaround" analogy. COMPAQ is not a "turnaround" situation. It is growing as we speak. It would have recovered nicely this quarter and for the rest of the year, even with EP. But the infusion of fresh blood at the top levels, and the energy the change will release will fuel the next sustained phase of the company's growth.
