All that I have seen, heard and read indicates that this is a marketing problem, not a technical one. Kyocera had technical problems early on with their phones, but according to all accounts those problems have been fixed and they are shipping phones.

Does anybody know when the new subscriber numbers get released and more importantly, what is the street expectation? It seems to me if they miss their numbers at the lower expectation level this stock could fall in to the single digits, but if they meet or exceed these reduced expectations, they will hold and maybe even get back to the 20s. I am sure that these numbers will also influence the banks in whether they force restructuring.

I would think that the banks would look at the rate of the increase, as well as the numbers to see what kind of progress is being made. Good progress might stave off restructuring while little or no progress could indicate impending doom.

BJ- Why haven't you proposed your Iridium monopoly theory on the Globalstar thread?
