Bill, I believe very strongly that Mongolia wants MGR and Bumbat to
go forward and make money. We just have to do it their way.

The mine is Mongolian soil, we MGR shareholders can easly loose out,
the country Mongolia can only get a black eye, but it will heal and
the mine remains with Mongolia.

To me Dave Webb has been running MGR since the MAC and him closing the
mine to prevent a showing that he was not able to be completely sucessful.

Dave Webb could have made an agreement with MAC, the people of that
company are citizens of the country where Bumbat is located, and Dave
Webb refused to do something that would not give him a grade of A.

Its like Dave Webb refuses to hand in his term paper because he knows
that running Bumbat long ago would result in a C or B-.

If Dave Webb does a 1 to 20 and it fails then Dave Webb will spin it to
say market conditions prevented him.

No way I say to that. The only thing preventing MGR and Bumbat from
starting up now is Dave Webb. Dave Webb still thinks that he can get
an A on this term paper. Foolish on him, and to the MGR shareholders
expense.

Deal with Mongolia on their soil and on their terms, Dave Webb.

Do that and I do want you to remain president, as your technical mining
skills are needed. Just get Bumbat going, and needed is not a settlement
MGR reads as correct based on the paper contracts. Do real world stuff
and accept you made a big mistake by freezing Bumbat, and past shareholders
payed the price for you error, and I brought in MGR at the low share
price resulting. I benifited for your past error, but to me the ball
game has me as a player, and I now are only hurt by your continuing
mistake on freezing Bumbat. MGR is Bumbat, not a future new speculation.

Need proof Dave Webb that you cannot handle people issues ?

Why were you unable to post an answer to my specific question about
what you wrote in the news release.

Are you unable to do anything that does not have a sure path to making
you look correct, and get an A ?

Doug
