He answered my questions, and they were not particularly pleasant ones. Plus, you get a bonus. Mr. Henry is quite a talker and brought up quite a few subjects himself. No telling what he'll tell you. Practice your accent first.

You can call Amy Grashel , the customer service supervisor, at 888-883-8744 to resolve your order. If you don't get results there,
call the same number and ask for Richard Olson. If you don't get satisfaction there, PM or e-mail me and I'll handle it for you.
I have call Paul Henry several times and he always takes my call or returns it if he's not there.
