Excellent post Eric. Never have I seen a dead issue get so much attention. I don't know about you all, but I don't go hanging around the cemetery waiting on dead loved ones to rise again...I figure if it ever happens I'll hear about it soon enough. Kind of the same with this stock. If it ever happens, I'll hear about it. Until then, let's move to something with a little life in it. :-) Binder

I am waging a war with Barron Chase right now and I have already complained to NASD ... I am in the process of filing a major complaint. I transfered shares (10,517) to Barron Chase in Dec. 1999 and now they do not have them. NASD told me to file a written complaint with the Broker and copy them with the compalint. Presently, I am dealing with the Dallas local office. Ican't get certificates NOR even a simple transfer from one account to another. I have been told that since it is not trading they have no way to buy the shares. NASD told me I am entitled to the certificate and now I want the cert since they refuse to transfer them in an ACAT. Also I want to know who the devil told them to sell my P shares in JAnuary or whenever they did. Grrrrr GB

Eric, see the CBQI thread for CBQI details. A number of us have been investigating this company for months. It's a true e-commerce company now with Citx coming in, and may also have Y-PAY (Free ISP service) come into it fully as well. Citx owns 10% interest in 2 other private spin-offs, perhaps they'll come in as well. $60M revenues in 6-12 months. They have JV's with some major names, and more coming from what I hear. 500K float. Some rumblings about a short position. Looks like Citx announcement went out to all of Citx's clients, so there was some strong buying on Thursday and Friday. Whoever did this deal way back in 1998 is to be congratulated. $23K turns into $5M based on a $4 stock price, which turns into a $??? stock price as CBQI progresses. www3.techstocks.com
