Yousef, Actually, I'm rapidly headed for the mid-forties ;^) I can honestly say that I feel like I have shed 20 years in the last 12 months. I found that a lot of the ill effects I had attributed to age was solely a function of the garbage I was putting in my stomach, and was completely reversible. Have you ever heard of Paul Bragg?
