<<Spoke with my broker about the comments being said here. My opinion is its just to scare the longs He says the shorts got killed on this one>>

Roy- talk about the FACTS that are publicly verifiable, not any hidden motivations you think may govern posters- don't try and engage in a feeble attempt at mind reading (or do you believe in that as well?). And which of the FACTS I have posted did your broker refute, hmmmmmm?

<<...obvious to me why you are all working sooooo hard on this board>>

I know you're new to this, so maybe you don't realize that after some experience it's not too difficult to research a stock any more. I myself am not really "working sooooo hard"- heck, all you have to do is try a bit of reading on Edgar and know how to use the web to research, make a few phone calls, etc., and have a brain. That's the beauty of this brave new world of the Internet you just discovered! Get empowered! The truth will set ya free.... Yippeeeee!

Roy, thank you for bringing it up. You reminded me of my quote:
"" I suggest we quit trying to short an RRRR on the first day of Tokyo Joe's hype, and start sharing more high percentage plays. "

As you know, that was from last Thursday, a far riskier time to short RRRR. So I was not wrong. It is now long past the first day of a TM call...he is long out of this one and will probably soon pronounce that he is buying again, oh, down around 8 or 10. Just as he did with VCST and so many others, after selling into his pump.

If anyone is not comfortable with their position short or long, they need to exit tomorrow. I don't imagine there will be a large gap either way, so the world shouldn't end for anyone.

I survived holding a VERT long Thursday nite. It was my worst trade in months, but it proved that one trade does not an account make, or break.

I for one look forward to shorting the pants off of MALL very very soon.
