To clear something up for us all- I am not trying to pull off something radical here folks. I know a few me saying that it was very radical and wishing me good luck. I do not want to replace the management or anything crazy like that. I was simply explaining the power of a proxy vote. I am currently adding up how many shares we have among us. I will post later on. But here is all that I am asking for-- I would like to see some kind of financial results, where the money is going, where its coming from, loans, etc. I would like to get a conference call so that all interested investors get a clear understanding of the management and their plans. I would like to see an IR firm hired to handle the shareholders. Obviously, these guys like designing webpages, auctions, etc. They are just that..not biz folks. I would like to know the association with CIGI, who the BOD is now I want to see the share structure..float, outstading, authorized, privaet placements, etc. --- That is all I want. Now that is not radical. Somebody has to step up and address these issues. I think people would take more substantial posistions if they knew more. It is very obvious these guys have the talent and skills. I mean come on. I know I couldn't do those kinds of webpages, set up local auctions, make live video/audio broadcasts etc. My next post will contain my thoughts on the relation with CIGI and share my understanding of how it worked/works. Interesting reading regarding the BOD-- On a post dated April 23, 1998-- Maxnet Corporation (OTC BB: MXNT $.875) Until 3 months ago when the former CEO stepped back into the picture, the Company was an integrated provider of complete computer and Internet communication solution packages. According to our sources, that day in January the "fur began to fly" when its founder fired the President and his Board and closed down the operation both in NYC and in Philadelphia, citing a number of "intolerable irregularities". The Company has now entered an agreement to acquire the first of several private companies with well-known, big money investors handling the funding. We have learned that the founder of MXNT is going to take a very strong posture and intends to aggressively go after acquisitions that will enhance shareholder value. MXNT was trading in the 1 3/8 range back in January, down from a 52-week high of 6 1/8. In addition, we believe the Street may be short up to 150,000 shares, out of a 518,000 share float. The Meyer Group looks for the stock to trade back to the $2.00 range short term. ---- Digging up more...Definitely helps a lot though! FM
