chirodoc, Don't think I can give a good comparison as to the way you request it. One thing I will say is I hold shares in both, the ORCT shares are somewhat of a hedge. Chief Financial Officer Richard P. Moberg joined the company in June 1996 as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. From December 1990 to June 1996, Mr. Moberg held a number of positions at Lotus Development Corporation, a computer software developer, including Corporate Controller from June 1995 to June 1996, Assistant Corporate Controller from May 1993 to June 1995, and Director of Financial Services from December 1990 to May 1993. Mr. Moberg received an M.B.A. from Bentley College and a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Edmund Reiter Senior Vice President Edmund Reiter was named Corporate Senior Vice President in April 1998. Mr. Reiter has been the company's Vice President, Advanced Products since August 1995. Prior to that, he served as the company's Manager of Product Development for still image compression products from June 1994 to August 1995, as a Senior Member of the company's Technical Staff from November 1993 to June 1994, and as a Member of the Technical Staff from December 1992 to November 1993. Mr. Reiter served as Senior Scientist at New England Research, Inc. from January 1991 to October 1992.
