FWIW- I believe the lag on TOS that many have experienced in the first fifteen minutes of the open in the past few weeks is due to slow transmission by Nasdaq rather than some other problem. At #mbtrading we do lots of testing whenever there is an apparent data feed problem and I am convinced that this particular problem is just Nasdaq being swamped by unaccustomed volume. One can never learn what the problems really are without a free, open and unbiased debate. ;-) Rick

go have fun with mb trading, you should here the problems these guys talk about on #daytraders.....like i SAID nobody is perfect but it's is my OPINION watley is second to none. in the last few days i noticed a lag in my l2 and time and sales for which i will call to get an answer about tomorrow....i will post my results to the thread. ps- all i know if i was unhappy with my broker i wouldn't be wasting time complaining i would take my business somewhere else.
