Excellent post, Blue. It's time these guys had a clue as to what is going on with Internet stocks. As reporters, there are supposed to be educated and on top of the facts and trends - so they can educated the unknowing. Well, looks like things are backwards here and we need to educate them. Hopefully this will help.
Happy Birthday to you :)
PS - It's time to add my #9 and #10 to my list of Internets for 99. post #315. I forgot about that list, and will think about the new additions. Also, we should create a list of Internet "infants" to watch.

Mr. Snowshoe, Happy Bday!

hmmm..., allow me to call you Blue.

I stumbled across the Techriders back in February. I applaud your posts and those of others here - they are well thought, tactful as appropriate, sincere, and fun.

As a GNETter/CMGIer since Jan 7th, I thank the Techriders for making me aware of ClearStation (etc), and for providing discussions void of the Yahoo Message Board Hooligans et. al.

So, I hope no one here minds that this here Mystry Invstr checks in occasionally.

One thought, Blue - I think you see the Internet Thang so clearly due to the optimal O2 mix at 5280 ft (or 7000? ft or so). Take a look at the performance of Janus Funds (JAMRX, JAOLX, JAVLX) - hmmmm, HQ in Denver.

My strategy, now screaming uphill toward 'four-zero', has been to build a base of strong funds including the ones noted above, focus on solid techs and Tier 1 Inuts, do my own homework, don't take anyone's advice blindly, and filter spam and info overkill from so many sources (uhhh, that includes the MARKster). In so doing, I maximize my "909s over quality time ratio".

My challenge has been those Tier II Inuts - you know, rack up a bunch of Tier II 909's so I can jump into the GNETs off the 'ol 10 Meter Board, like last week. So, once the Bday has been celebrated, the snow shoveled, Mark educated, I would like to humbly place my reservation for an additional lesson called "M2I2 - Part V", a.k.a. "Making a Million in Internets - Part V - Tier II Inuts".

Thanks in advance,

AH
