Ron, I didn't look into that situation that came up last week or just
before, where the SEC prevented MGR's CEO(?) from trading MGR shares
thru another company or something, because of gray areas.

I still haven't looked at it and will not, but I can do a guess and a
comment here that may or not be related.

This person has insider info on MGR.
He wanted to move (sell?) MGR shares thru another company ?

IF he wanted to because he knew of the 1 to 20,
and its possibility of not working,
especially short term,
then HELL it don't take much more than the IQ of a monkey to realize
its Insider Trading
and forget gray or dirty white or black with bird dropping on it
its wronggggggggggggggggggg
for an insider to use 1 to 20 info to "protect" another company he is
in that holds MGR shares
