Phil, I really don't like to be put on lists. But I'll voice my support for Martin Frankel. But i would like to hear from Marty.

SD98--> There are no rules that state Marty could not post on this thread...I am sure he would have to use a disclaimer at the end of his posts.

Craig--> Good point about the .15 package. We should pursue both actions. RG (for share holder) confidence should retire that clause in his contract.

PH said it himself, if enough people express their concerns for the retirement of the .15 package it could be made to go away, this needs to be done..ASAP.

Marty must be accepted as a BOD, right now the BOD consists of RG, his brother, PH and Hwang. The only outsider or person that could possibly vote in shareholder favor is Hwang, we must have a true share holder voice..Dr. Frankel is the logical choice.

Once again..starting Monday we must call the company and e-mail them to express our desires on both matters.

I am meeting with PH thursday, and will express my concerns to him in person. If anyone else would like to e-mail me with letters that I could take on my trip to show PH please do so.

I totally concur with you. I'd rather Marty stay as an investor just like the rest of us so that we can get the type of answers we are getting now. Tsig respects him as he is a major shareholder and when Marty asks, they listen and answer. Forgive me, but I believe he has more weight with tsig than any one on this thread. If he becomes BOD, we lose that potential. Peace.
