What about eggs? Fish? Chicken eggs are about 95% complete protein. Cows milk about 90%. Mothers milk, 100% of course.
What I mean by complete is the balance of amino acids as the equate to human protein.
Anyway, fat intake can easily be controlled, even when eating "some" meat. Exercise will make you young. As you have found out. I understand Paul runs 10ks. Maybe you can have a nice run together.
Me, I have way too much "fast twitch (white)" muscle to be a good long distance runner.
I'd hang out at the "Zuka" juice store if they had one here. My best chance to be a vegetarian, I'm afraid.

Well, then, I'm afraid I'm addicted to food. <G>
