bearcub--Yahoo archived Reuters links are screwy...I did put in the whole URL but SI abbreviates them. Usually this does not cause a problem. Yahoo Reuters urls do not take kindly to abbreviation...Go figure...

Click on the link provided in my earlier post, after you arrive at Yahoo click on Arp. 24 and you should see the headline link for the article.
