I suggest you look into the fiscal policies laid down by Reagan and Bush and then realize who's fiscal prudence Clinton is and has actually been capitalizing on. It takes many years for policies to have the effect we see today. They were not started in the Clinton administration. Although he has continued to act responsibly thus extending and perhaps improving what was started before his presidency. JMHO, MarkC.

I think it is time we all agree that Clinton should not have lied about Monica.

He should simply have said: I am setting up a harem.
The Otterman rulers and many others in position of power have done so in the past, so why can't I? To lie to the American people was sinful!
