Larry, in my post I asked for help verifying the $500 million number. I realize it most likely has not appeared in a 10Q or SEC document or attorney disclaimer so I didn't expect any help from you.

Why has Valence produced over 400 patents and IBM over 7000 patents? Is it surprising that they might have considerable value?

How could a lazy sloth like you know whether Valence can receive financing on favorable terms. You post with an authoritative demeanor, yet were to cheap to attend the shareholders meeting and speak to the Valence officers in person.
