Tim, I apologize for my unnecessary dig.

As I've indicated, I don't use Watley very much - perhaps no more than 10 trades a month. I find them to be first rate. I also like MBT, just wish they'd decide on a version of RT they like and stick with it.

With regard to the posters who have complained about the rudeness of Watley traders, I think it's overlooked that these people protect themselves and the customers by insisting on a precise way of entering trades - they're also under pressure and don't have patience with customers who aren't crisp on the phone.

With Chicago commodity houses, you'll find really irritable order takers unless you put your order in exactly as required - BUY 10 sep corn at the market - any variation and you're laying yourself open to a pretty quick zinger. So it pays to recite the order to yourself before you phone so as not to hesitate or stumble when you're trying to get it in.

I had a guy with Lind-Waldock a few years ago tell me to stop wasting time, BUY or SELL??? - when I started off with - I'd like to place a trade. I think he was right.
