Does anyone know whether Steele is a new investor, representing himself or institution, when he bought? I understand that a filing of a 13d is req. when an entity or affiliate's holdings exceed 5%. Can anyone clarify this? By the way and for what it's worth, I am buying RMBS at these levels to add to my 6k shares bought at higher levels...if RMBS works the way industry experts believe in the next two years, buying at $45, $55 or $65 is irrelevant. I bought MSFT at increasing levels in the 80's...different company but similar potential for appreciation at least for 5 yrs...should be fun to see the shorts scurrying when things start to happen...and it can happen in an instant...
