Joaquin, Probably, no one knows except AA, Sukey, and their counsel. There remains the very real question of whether the recent shareholders' meeting was legal under Texas law because the published shareholder record date was substantially outside the window allowed. This fact has been highlighted by FSAAA and all activities (resolutions) of the meeting may be null and void. This is but one issue being addressed by FSAAA and, again, is an indication of why FSAAA is pursuing significant management changes in this company. Current management still doesn't appear to know what it is doing. Regards, Bob.
