John you're as lazy as Larry. Especially since you have an inside connection that you haven't bothered to query. Or are you so low on the corporate ladder you haven't access?

Time frame is difficult to predict but the sequence of events may not be. The market will know about the P.O.'s FIRST, then the packager that buys batteries from VLNC, then VLNC, then everyone. B the time VLNC confirms the story about the PO's, the major move in VLNC stock price would have occurred.

Re. Licensing revenue
Fred,
It may take at least a year or so before any serious licensing negotiation begins. They have to see how VLNC batteries ACTUALLY perform in the market place for six months or so before approaching VLNC for licensing. Just some opinions. Ram
