Guys i have been in the shorting business for many years i want everyone to take alook @ MKPL this baby is the short of the year tons of stock coming in starting monday this stock was just .50 .. warrents were just excercised @ 2$ it is trading @6$ thats is 400%, Very low revenue.WHAT i believe to be poor capatalization. All aboard anybody going down..

Peter, the Manning rules are what force the market makers to represent your bid or offer if it is better than the current inside bid or offer. Previous to the institution of the rule you either sold for the inside bid or not at all.
