Baldy and Andrew H.....Richard Olson assured me that orders are now going out within 48 hours unless there is a back order. All past orders that were placed during the changeover are being addressed with priority. It is unfortunate that these delays happened, but they are being addressed. Please take the time to call Amy or Richard to resolve your order. And as I said before, I will be glad to assist. Customer Service is extremely important to TSIG as well as to the success of TSIG.
