Tom, in answer to the first question, an astute investor(s),before injecting that amount into a company, would do serious Due Diligence to see if the project has merit, ie will work and might make a few bucks down the road. For the second question, the project took longer than planned, (no surprise there), so more funds were required. Not unusual at all for R&D companies looking to transition into sales and profits. All IMO. Best, Savant
