Are you talking about $0.28 as next earnings? Do you think a retail company only make that little quarterly worth to carry a P/E over 60? The big markets have been being driven to a level where few cheap stocks in SP500 can be found. I think the Street will have to play small caps instead of big caps, sooner or later. You may found many many small companies that are currently making over $0.28 quarterly but only priced around $10. Good luck!
