EDO as a potential acquisition
In general I am not a fan of acquisitions. There are areas of consolidation where only the big survive and acquisition is the fastest way to get big, but I would prefer if the business is grown. Aquiring companies always pay too much (they have to) and the company that is aquired suffers moral problems and is not as good as it was before the purchase.
