The followup information requested by Craig has been requested by me. If the contact is made promptly, he should have what he desires by tomorrow. I will email or fax it to him.

Craig hopes to have the requests done for delivery Thursday along with the proxies of the members wishing to participate.

Hi Craig - we've been through this share count issue several times in the past. Most people will not release such PERSONAL information. I also don't believe that disclosing the number of shares each individual owns is necessary to get the point across.

I do like your idea about drafting a letter however.

Regards,

Craig, may I suggest drafting two letters, one for putting Marty on the board, and the other for removal of the potential loan conversion. There may be some that do not want to be included in both petitions.

Also, instead of entrusting private data to any one particular person, not that I don't trust REW, but may I suggest you post the letters, which we can then copy and paste our name and share information and then email the info to Paul Henry at TSIG.com.

Hi everyone:

Just logged on to see that I'm a couple of hundred posts behind, and I don't have time to read them all now, but I get the gist of what's been going on lately. My only concern is the supposed reason that the .15 conversion clause has not been taken out yet -- that should the company need more funding and that it needs to be PUT BACK IN, that that would be more detrimental down the road than leaving it in now would be. (This was PH's response to Suzanne's question, I think, if I understood it correctly.) Has this been addressed or is it even a valid concern, because it sounded like a legitimate concern to me. Maybe it isn't, though, and maybe access to funds will be easy. Not sure. Just a question and am looking for some thoughts.

In any event, I'll support whatever initiatives you guys put forth because I know we have a solid, diligent bunch here and I'm happy to be associated with TSIG.
