I don't think RRRR is such a dangerous short, because it has a huge float, some 23M shares or more, an outstanding floorless convertible and some proposed $75M financing deal with Leon Black of all people, that's bound to fall through or contribute millions of shares more to the float. The company was/is close to delisting, since it has failed to meet the Nas. min. tangible assets requirement.

Two things ring a bell esp. here is it came in through the back door via reverse merger with a shell and floorless convertible.
