Kimberly, with a sell off in FNHC and now trading on stable grounds, do you see the stock price in the near future trading back around or even reaching $20 soon. It seems this stock has been behind and is slow to react like other bank stocks of similar nature.
My personal opinions are, the company has very good potential with future plains of expanding e-commerce banking and growing revenues which are major factors in driving the stock price higher.

Just would like to hear your opinions because I remember reading you were trading this stock.

SOFN quietly raised gross proceeds of $132.0 MM from the sale of 4.0 MM shares on Friday. Per their S-3/A: "We seek to become the dominant cable-based provider of high-speed Internet access and other Internet-related services to homes and businesses in the franchise areas of those cable systems unaffiliated with the seven largest U.S. cable operators and certain other smaller systems." They now have the funds to give it a shot.

Alex Brown, Robertson Stephens and CIBC Oppenheimer did the deal. I don't think that any analysts have been covering this stock. The normal quiet period rules do not apply and I would expect coverage to begin as early as Monday.

The "backdoor" play in BKS got some attention in Barron's this weekend and the stock might be ready to run in anticipation of the BNBN IPO. I have posted excerpts from the article at:

Even though I am long BKS, I am sad to see the attention. As traders become more cognizant of the "backdoor", my guess is that the exaggerated swings will be a thing of the past. Your thoughts?
