Thanks, I'm still having no luck in digging up anything on this 'split', which is what I know of for the letter "d". And since they did not have a symbol change, which would avoid the "d" stigma, I'm assuming that I should find something on this symbol with or without the "d"...

The company was incorporated in 1990, and in this much time I find it difficult to believe that they only have approx 4M shares issued and 600K in the float (and with the comment that they recently restructured), although, I do not know if they were public all this time....but, what's the likelyhood that they were not (after all, they are incorporated in Nevada)? My guess is slim..... At this point I might have to contact the company and see what they have to say about this and then go from there.

On a side note, I find it odd that the otcbb.com site does not keep these things on file for easy access, at least for the 30 day duration that the "d" is tagged onto the symbol.
