Would request thoughts on a problem where on both sides of my monitor, words become squeezed as though individual letters are elongated. The problem seems more pronounced on the right side of the screen. I've had the monitor (Daewoo) checked out and an i/c was replaced. However the situation remains. The repair shop which fixed the monitor showed me everything was fine on its 'scope, and suggests the fault could lie with the video card. (Diamond Stealth 64)
I have a 133 clone and would like to go into the manufacturer here with something more than my description above. Suggestions very much appreciated.
Kind regards
TM

i just finished installing norton systemworks 2.0.

everything so far points to a clean install. i had to uninstall all the other norton stuff first. man, i hated to remove things that were working so well, but i needed to in order to add this suite.

utilities4.0 instantly found and repaired 6 more windows errors than 3.0 had detected. i like that.

now i think i'll take a break.

:)
