(Nasdaq:ROSS), a leading supplier of Enterprise Systems, announced today a series of new agreements. The UK-based Prize Food Group licensed Ross' Renaissance CS® Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management system for the group headquarters and five operating companies. The subsidiaries include sandwich maker Buckingham Foods, potato supplier Cheviot Foods, bacon products manufacturers TMI Foods and meat pies & sausage producer WA Turner. The system will be installed at six sites on Microsoft's Windows NT platform utilizing the Sequel Server 7.0 database management systems. There will be initially 150 users. In addition, Scercat licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP system for its three manufacturing sites. Scercat is located in Paris and is part of the Ministry of Defense. The company produces prepared meals for the French Army. The system will be implemented on Microsoft's Windows NT platform using the Oracle database. Transiciel SA was selected for system integration services. One Call Medical, Inc. licensed Ross' Renaissance CS Financial Systems. One Call Medical provides CAT scan and MRI services to managed care concerns. The company is located in Parsippany, New Jersey. The system will be implemented on Microsoft's Windows NT platform utilizing the Oracle database. Higman Healthcare was selected for implementation services. ABB Power T&D Company, Inc. licensed Ross' Renaissance CS PACS Project Accounting and Control System. ABB Power T&D supplies components for transmission and distribution systems to the public utility industry. The company is located in Santa Clara, California. The system will be implemented on Microsoft's Windows NT platform utilizing the Oracle database. Corning, Inc. in Midland North Carolina expanded its agreement for Ross' Gembase rapid application development system, by adding an additional 50 seats.
