Lawrence, thanks for the clarification. That arrangement, as stated in the filing, is difficult to unravel. I think the limitation on the ultimate ownership percentage is an additional safeguard. Still pending, however, are the specifics on the $75M investment. We need to see the terms badly.... What's the permitted leadtime for reporting something like this?
