Members of Congress all have staffers called Legislative Correspondents who receive your calls, letter and E-mails and have to sort them out for responses. Certainly they will notice an address field with 535 recipients. But they will also notice if they get 400 messages with the same text. Then it becomes "oh, another one of those" to get tossed on a stack. And the line item report is "268 identical messages from a group supporting somebody named Tony in Kosovo". That's why I suggested at least using a custom message for your own representative and senators emphasizing that you are a constituent. Constituents get top priority, always.
