Ed, <<Newmont plans to begin production>> <<would be to their advantage to settle the lawsuit>> Damages later could take decades, IMO if AGM claims have merit, they should be able to get an injunction against Newmont mining until resolved. That could also have Sumitomo applying pressure on Newmont to settle.
