Just variations on the theme, the only difference between trout almondine and trout with pecan butter is, you guessed it, the nuts. I have one that calls for chopped cilantro and lime, rather than chopped parsley and lemon. Then there is the flour vs. cornmeal variation. Nothing fancy.
