Amigos- My first pick for the portfolio is ADRN-

ADRN is currently finalizing a merger with a private company called McGlen Micro.

McGlen is an internet retailer of computer related products. They brought in about $17 million in revenue in 1998 and made a small profit.

I am hearing the merger will be completed by the end of this month.

The details of the deal and their plans for the future are anticipated to send the stock to the high teens, low twenties from its current $6.875.

McGlen's internet retailing business will become the focus of the new combined entity.

3 million shares outstanding, just slightly over 2 million in the float.

Here is their competition and some info for comparison:

COOL- Market cap of $327 million, Sales of about $60 million, big losses.

BYND- Market cap of $700 million, $36 million in sales, big losses

ONSL- Market cap of $467 million, $200 million in sales, big losses

ADRN, current market cap $18 million, new entity sales $17 million, with a small profit.

As you can see they compare very favorably with the competition.
