I haven't read the article. Too busy out enjoying the springtime, putting in lots of miles on the 10 speed. I noticed that about every 5th house or farm was For Sale- and scores of new housing developments and lots. Don't know where all the money is coming from. I suspect it is mostly new money and overwhelmingly mortgaged. BTW- The large national magazine cover story is indeed a time tested contrary indicator. That one may not be strong enough though. Perhaps a future cover of Time- "Bull Market Victorious- Bearishness extinct." with an illustration of a Bull stomping a hapless bear cub into road kill.
