Derek,

All those speed choices have left many in a quandry as to what the future will be in the next ten years. I know I have been real confused about it myself from time to time. You are correct about interesting stuff going on. I wonder if possibly the "guys in the skys" are quietly preparing a large strike stealth attack? What do you think?

I am interested in finding out from somebody who has the appropriate tech background how big of a speed
advantage adsl would be in terms of clock time for download and upload speed. I realize adsl is fifty times
faster or better, but does that mean you get data 100 milliseconds faster or ten seconds faster? Ten seconds
would be worth a lot of money. 100 milliseconds wouldn't.
