Roger, thank you for your decent answer. I'm always interested in shorting a real overhyped issue when the arguments are compelling and concludent and the upside risk is very limited, already. Therefore I respect your view on EFAX, although I still have no "strong sell" attitude for the lack of imminent triggers, like some other companies provide upon closing a junk equity issue. IS.
