I agree Bernard...

If a IR firm were hired it would eat into earnings, which, at this point in the company's existence are very sensitive to changes.

Leave them alone and let them work.

Patience will be rewarded.

One last note; if you have any doubts what-so-ever about a company's legitimacy you should not be an investor...period.

Do your own DD.

Bernhard and others--

I am not trying to be hostile here. I am just responding and speaking on behalf of people that have contacted me.

WST will be taking to Izzy Monday to explain what I am doing. I am going to try to talk to him about these issues.

I feel that an SEC filing to become reporting is right around the corner and everything that we want/need will be resolved very very soon.

I do agree to the fact, after thinking further about it, that we do not need an IR firm. I was just concerned about the fact that several people talked about their professionalism and stuff. That is not good. Right now, since the CO is truly a development company, we might need to steer away from this.

But! In regards to being "forceful" about these issues, someone has to be or it won't get done. If you sit on your butt and don't take action, nobody will. I am an active person, not passive. I control my own future and direction, not somebody else. And if most people agree with me, then I will do what is necessary.

I have cut it down to one thing that I desire. ALL THAT we need is a corporate website, detailing share structuring and some kind of financial results. That is it. If we had this, there would be rather hefty buying and everyone would increase their positions. Now, how hostile is it to ask? I don't want a proxy vote if I can just ask. But I feel at this point, a corporate website is highly necessary, as there are many unanswered questions.

Hope to talk to Izzy Monday...

FM

Bernhard, The least MXNT could do is put up an investors info page with shares outstanding and the float.
